Design System

Across 2 companies, I designed and implemented internal Design Systems that empowered teams of 6–8 people to work faster, more consistently, and with greater alignment — turning scattered workflows into structured, scalable foundations.

Process: Transitioned to Atomic Design, reducing components and file sizes and made future updates easier by standardizing elements.

Product Discovery × Research AI concept

This section covers two key phases of the project. The Product Discovery phase involved a structured 6-step process from Stakeholder Interviews to Context Scenario and User Flow done in collaboration with a UX researcher. Following that, the Research AI Concept phase focused on exploring AI capabilities that could fit the product, ultimately leading to nine conceptualized AI functions designed to help legal teams draft contracts more accurately and efficiently.

Data Clustering

AI reads all supporting documents, clusters information by category, matches it against the contract Checklist, and flags missing data.

Image Converter

AI OCR Converts uploaded image files into editable text using Optical Character Recognition, enabling further AI processing.

Document Classify

Classifies contract attachment documents from Requesters and maps them to the closest matching Templates in the database.

Auto Fill

AI detects document headings and automatically fills matching data into the corresponding fields of the contract template.

Template Generator

AI fetches legal contract data from the OCS website and generates or adapts Templates to fit the contract supporting documents.

Data Protection

Uses AI Deep Learning to protect sensitive data by censoring ID card information and blurring faces in images.

Usability Testing

Design is only complete when validated by the user. I bridge the gap between interface and experience through targeted usability testing, refining every interaction to deliver a seamless, human-centric digital journey.
