  • Team outings: Assisted the AVP in coordinating cross-squad outings and designed a travel itinerary artwork for the trip.
  • Annual New Year celebrations for startups: Trusted by the CEO to manage the full event, from venue and budget to activities and a lucky draw.
  • Fun challenges, such as weight-loss competitions: Initiated a company-wide weight-loss competition to promote healthier habits.

I love bringing people together whether it's coordinating themed outfits, planning karaoke nights, surprising teammates on their birthdays, or simply organizing a team meal. For me, these moments go beyond just having fun.
